How do you make the crunchy topping for..................

Apple Crumble.

I really really fancy making apple crumble and i'm going to make one this afternoon, how do i make the crunchy topping, what do i add?

brown sugar, some oats......

not quite sure.......

For the topping
225g/8oz plain flour
175g/6oz butter
55g/2oz demerara sugar
125g/4oz muesli or a mixture of oats, seeds and chopped nuts

Cut and paste moi ???
