Beef Wellington....

Hi there

I want to make a beef wellington for dinner today, but i've never done it before... does anyone know a really great recipe i can attempt and wow my guests with later...??

I haven't used this recipe myself, here but I remember they had it on Masterchef recently and were saying how it was so much better to incorporate a pancake to give a less soggy result.

I can second the use of that recipe, it is very similar to the James Martin one that I use and gives great results

I am with Scorpio on the Gordon Ramsey one - have made it a couple of times and perfect each time.

well.... i went with the gordon ramsey one but minus the ham.

It turned out great and i wowed my guests with it!!

Thanks for the tips ladies. I'll be doing it a again now that i know it was really easy
