If I'm using half white and half wholemeal flour, do I use the wholemeal setting or the normal one?

I use the wholemeal. It's a longer raise and bake time. You can make white quite successfully on the wholemeal setting.

I use the white setting and it works fine on that too In fact, I've done both and can't say that there has been any noticeable difference TBH.

I have never tried the wholemeal programme. I use about 25% wholemeal. Might give it a try to compare!
