I know it's probably the simplest thing to make, but I need some help on cooking times!
I bake it for 20 minutes on gas mark 4, and it comes out crispy. Over time, they turn into granite like biscuits so hard and not at all the crumble in your mouth shortbread I want!
Are my times/temps wrong? They have to be.. and if so, can someone correct me please?
