Smoked Salmon (Cream Cheese?) Mousse Receipe Please

I am looking for a receipe for a smoked salmon mousse with or without cream cheese and to be served in smoked salmon wrapper or mould. Many Many Thanks

I made this at christmas time and even the dc loved it -

100g smoked salmon
200g cream cheese
30g butter
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (may want to reduce if for small dc)
juice of 1 lemon
black pepper
chives

Whizz all but chives in food processor. Then chop chives by hand and mix into mixture.

I then put into a couple of ramekins (prob used 3) and put in the fridge, covered. Once chilled it is quite firm but spreadable, and tasty
