Does anyone have a recipe for 4 and a half eggs - mostly yolky?

They freeze well raw - just defrost before use.

this is similar to the one I make. Courgtette works really well, but you can put jsut abotu anything int hem.

Um, tortilla is an omelette (but from Spain!)

Ingredients include eggs (funnily enough)and potatoes.

How about piperade? (eggs, red pepper, tomatoes, onion & garlic, fresh basil and parsley if you have it)
