Does anyone have an easy flatbread recipe?

Not one that needs to rise or anything - have no time. Just one that you mix some dough and cook 'em in a pan?

Urm... I'm not a mum or a parent (yet) but I've found Trinidadian bake to be the exact thing you're looking for.

You just get 1 cup flour to 1tsp baking powder (or just use self-raising flour if you're lazy!) and add water till it's a dough.

That's it!

If you want you can leave it for 30mins under a damp cloth (this makes it a bit softer)

Then fry (3 mins each sideish), grill (4ish mins) or roast (20 mins?)it.
You don't even need to roll the dough! You can make it into burger thin shapes by hand and then grill roast or fry.

I always get people complimenting it and asking for the recipe!
