Just curious as I haven't done my shopping list yet (next job after MN )

Only have £20 - £30 ish for main shop so on the look out for new ideas but cheap IYSWIM

and yes the chilli wraps are left over chilli beefed out with kidney beans served with tortillas, grated cheese, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber and soured cream. Another favourite with both my big and small boy in this house

I do a similar dish with canned artichokes and sundried tomatoes and no meat so don't see why not!

had a roast on sunday
tonight had mushroom risotto
tomorrow - pasta with cherry toms, peppers, onions, cream, gruyere
weds - carrot soup
then I'm away for work on thursday night so DH will have rest of soup
friday - probably spanish tortilla with salad as nanny bought 12 eggs, costing almost £5.00 from Waitrose today

Monday- smoked haddock tomato and courgette risotto

Tuesday- roasted peppers stuffed with rice and veg topped with cheese

Wednesday- bean chilli

Thursday- spinach and ricotta calleloni

Friday- egg fried rice or homemade pizza

Saturday (out)

Sunday- sausage casserole topped with sweet potato mash
