quick question, how do i cook this chicken please?

i want to cook chicken breasts in the oven,have a sauce to spread on them which says use oven proof dish and cook for 25 minutes

do i use a shallow dish , a casserole dish and /or do i cover it up ?

i want it to be nice and im a crap cook !

If it doesn't say covered on the sauce (assume it's a jar?) then cook uncovered in a single layer in a shallow gratin-type dish.
