can i really cook ANYTHING in it? Ive got some froxen lamb grillsteak type things for tea. can i do them in that? does it cook things quicker?

have they defrosted Titania? (Don't know about cooking frozen stuff on it so wouldn't like to say)

I cook all meat on mine. Plus potato sliced thickly and seasoned then sprayed with spray oil.

A lot of the fat drains off so don't forget to put the drainer thing underneath it (if you have one with your particular model)

It does cook quicker cos both sides are cooking at the same time so you don't have to turn them over
