Cooking time Frozen Enchiladas

I have home made frozen enchilladas I want to cook, they take 20 mins at 200deg when fresh, but not sure how long to give them from frozen. At help??

Ok I have just put them in anyway as I am getting hungry and it is just for me so I will just test the middle whent hey look right and eat them then .
