Looking for a great cheesecake recipe to impress Sunday lunch guests.

Any flavour.

Thanks

I've made Nigel Slater's orange and lemon cheesecake more than once and it comes out rich and creamy and stunning.

It's more work (or at least, it takes longer because of the bain marie business) but it is vastly superior for a special occasion than the ones you don't bake.

Dunno...I buy mine. £10 for a stunning pizza sized cheescake from a stunning cheesecake shop - why make one when I have this service on my doorstep

Anyone else please?

Nigellas lemon cheese cake with a ginger bisucit base. It is on her website.

I like Nigella's new York Cheese cake but I like a plain baked cheesecake and this one is really light.

I've made Sainsburys no-bake cheesecake and it's really easy and tastes good too . I would suggest cutting down the cheese, sugar and cream by a third as the topping is very generous. I've also made it with strawberries, pic on profile . (I made it for a pink food competiton on another forum and added food colouring, hence the colour!)

Nigella's London Cheesecake is gorgeous. I did it for a dinner with friends last weekend, and as ever it went down a treat.
