Chargrilled courgettes, peppers, aubergine, onion
Grated cheese
Guacamole
Salsa
Sour cream/yoghurt

Fry or roast some mixed peppers, some red onion and garlic if wished. Mix into cream cheese and put in wrap.

My favourite is onion bhajis, salad and minty yoghurt in a rolled up chapati!

Falafel, salad and tsatziki or hoummus.

Red kidney beans cooked up with some onion, garlic, chilli, paprika and maybe tomatoes - with creme fraiche or grated cheese, maybe guacamole or salsa.

yesterday i had
roasted peppers and red onion
with humous and sunblushed tomatoes! yum!

Goats cheese with sun blushed tomatoes, pesto and salad leaves is nice also.

Advocado, roasted peppers, salsa and salad cream.

Brie and cranberry and salad leaves.
Or Brie, grapes and salad leaves.

Oh im hungry now.

Thank you!

I always have hummous and DS has pesto with cheese. We need some variety since 'waps' are his favourite food atm.

These all sound delicious.

My dc love salad wraps - smear hummous on, grate some carrot, sprinkle some chopped up cucumber and crispy lettuce (iceberg). Add some cheese of choice and there you go!

Thank you.
