Quick Question: Can I reheat a reheat?

I just made up a lovely risotto lunch for my dd (14 months) using salmon and rice from a previous dinner, as well as fresh ingredients. However, she's still sleeping and it's gone cold now. Is it risky to heat it up again when she wakes up?

It's been sitting out for nearly an hour now. Curses! She needs her sleep though, which is why I haven't woken her. Should I dump it?

Well I would. But I wouldn't keep cooked rice for longer than 24 hours as it's one of the best ways to grow really good bacterial cultures... And she could have it cold...

If it were veggie food I would reheat but I'm a bit more careful with fish and rice (am so slack on food hygiene for myself that I try to be a bit more careful with DS to compensate!) She'll probably eat it at room temp - my 11mo DS doesn't really like warm food and tends to let things cool to room temp before he'll eat them anyway.

Thanks for the replies.

Well, I gave it to her cold and she took one mouth full and decided she didn't like it after all. Typical, eh?
