Silly question I feel but am worried that the cheese I just grated over my DD's lentils may have been bad. How long can you keep cheddar cheese for in the fridge, open, until it goes bad? Obviously I know not to give after it has expired but the pack I have has been open for about a month now and although is not mouldy wasn't sure it was still ok? any ideas???
