got pasta in .... what shall i do with it that different

Anyone got any ideas what to do with pasta and a pasta sauce, not the obvious, cos i need a different dish to make.... thanks

Garlic chilli and anchovies (not for the fainthearted): While pasta cooks, Gently heat 2 crushed garlic cloves in knob butter, do not brown them, add 1 chopped fresh or crumbled dried chilli and 2 rinsed anchovies per person, take off heat and stir till anchovies dissolve. Toss in pasta with few spoons cooking water if too dry. Sprinkle over chopped parsley. YUMMY!!!

I fancy baked pasta. Had it at Ask, a while ago but not sure how to do it??

By the way, that was 2 garlic cloves and 1 chilli in total and the anchovies are 2 per person!!!!

sausage pasta bake is nice. or with bacon.

What do you have to hand?

Yeah got sausages and bacon.

i would grill the sausages and boil the pasta,

chop sausages into pieces

put pasta in oven dish, add sausage pieces and sauce and any veg you want (peppers are nice esp if grilled first), top with cheese and bake for a few mins

or could do carbonara with the bacon if you have any cream/creme fraiche/ingredients to make a cheese sauce
