I can do the meringue no worries, I can do the pastry as well . . . how do I do the lemony bit? (fingers crossed it's easy enough to do tonight, have sweetie munchies going on!)
& do I put the uncooked meringue on top to cook it all together iyswim? Or, do I cook the meringue then pop on top?
