Bit of left over puff pastry. What shall I make?

made delish chicken and veg pie, have a bit of ready made home made puff pastry over.. what shall i do?

usually make the children a biscuit in the shape of their initial, but even i am bored with that?

any ideas?

cheese straws?

Jam puff

how do you make cheese straws? and presuming jam puffs are cutting out shapes and dolloping jam in?

puff pastry pizza is nice!

Eccles cakes, shape it, sultana or currant it, sprinkle with sugar

cheese straws, FOLD the cheese (grated in)

2 years later find out that FOLD means mix or squelch it all together, then cut into strips.

Spend 2 years in meantime making things similar to jam tarts.

don;t think i have enough for pizza
