this is my version, works fab...

2 oz plain flour
1/4 pint of milk
1 egg

mix together...

small amount of butter/oil in pan and away you go.... this makes about 5 large pancakes, you can double it for more obvioussly!

My easy version all you need is a way to measure a half pint and a pint.

Per pint of mix:

Half a pint of milk, add an egg, top up to a pint with flour. Balance the mixture to your own taste.
