so, we had a mahoosive gorgeous roast pork shoulder yesterday, cooked after defrosting.

I have gone blank and stupid.

Can I reheat the lovely shredded pork tonight for a stir fry or is that a recipe for food poisoning?

I think that would be fine as long as you heat it up high to kill off any bacteria

That's what I thought but alarm bells are ringing because it was frozen....

Well, I have done similar things with pre-frozen chicken / pork and we never get tummy bugs.

Of course we will now

yes, yes, yes it's fine.

it wasn't frozen, because when it was frozen it was something else, it was raw meat, when you cooked it, you changed it to cooked meat so now you can even freeze it if you want, because it's not re-freezing it.

twill be yummy!
