Flatbreads to go with Kebabs

Right, the meat is marinading, I need an easy failsafe recipe for flatbreads, can any of you help?

From what I know, they're really hard to make ...

Basic flatbreads are pretty easy afaik, just flour, salt, oil and water, kneaded together and portioned, rolled thinly and then cooked on a griddle.

you can make a yeats dough if you want a lighter bread

Done it!! Got a Hugh F-W recipe, flour, water oil and salt, knead 5 mins, rest 30mins then dd1 rolled while I dry-fried and flipped. V easy. All gone, verdict was: one to repeat!
