Baking Soda???

Is this bicarbonate of soda

It's not baking powder as that is next on the list

yes it is sodium bicarbonate or bicarbonate of soda

Sodium bicarbonate.

Baking powder also contains tartaric acid, which reacts with the soda when you add water to it.
