I made the chicken nuget recipe yesterday, I think it was Enids, the one with whizzed up chicken breasts, cheese & mayo. i used fromage frais instead of mayo & crushed cornflakes for the coating (a masterstroke) & 2 big cloves of garlic. I forgot to add breadcrumbs to the mix. Baked them in the oven and the cheese oozed out a little bit, nit much & I had a piece of foil on tray so not a prob.Anyway they were gorgeous & dd aged 6 commented that they tasted like mini keivs. A definite hit, but will try adding the breadcrumbs next time.
