Anyone any ideas?

DH has just came home with a whole load of it but I've never cooked it before.

A couple of hours before you are going to eat it, take it out of the fridge and rub some sliced garlic on it, add salt and pepper. Cover loosely and leave at room temperature.

When you want to eat, heat a large, heavy bottomed frying pan on the hottest setting. Add some oil. Let it heat til smoking. Put the steaks in the pan, and let them sear on both sides (maybe 30 seconds each side), to seal in the juices, then turn the heat down to medium and continue cooking for a couple of minutes til the steak is done to your liking.

Remove the steaks and deglaze the pan with some red wine. Pour this juice over the steaks. Serve with chips if you can.

YUM!
