What am I doing wrong?

I've tried to make Jamies MOF stew twice now. Both times I've used the exact amount of liqued and cooked it in the oven on the right setting for the right amount of time. But both times it has burned at the bottom.

What am I doing wrong?

Stir it regulary and put more liquid in if needed. Recipes don't always work with the measurements given.

your oven is hotter than his

turn it down by 20ºC, check it more often and top up with boiling water if necc
