i just baked a cake, all the blueberrys sunk to the bottom!
i seem to remember (now ive baked it) that u have to change the consistancy slightly. anyone know how? for next time!

i did a normal 8oz flour sugar and butter, and 4 eggs sponge!

cheers!

I roll them in flour first.

Maybe add a little baking powder (1 teaspoon) too just to keep it light.

Could you have put them in 1/2 way through the cooking process.

Cook the cake plain and as it's cooking in the oven add it to the warm mixture?

Roll them in flour first, it helps them 'cling' to the mixture and stops them from sinking.
