Me made astew last night - finished cooking about 11pm so left it out in the utility overnight to cool down. I know it'll prob be ok to put in the fridge for us to eat tonight but will it still be ok for tommorrow night too?

yes so long as you heat it properly tomorrow.

next time sit it in cold water to cool then you won't need to leave it out all night.

I would say it would be fine over 2 nights. Just make sure it is simmering for a good 10 minutes or more.
