Lamb Steaks - what can i do with them?

Title says it all really! I dont have any mint sauce tho! lol!

We often just eat them with basmati rice and a greek salad and homemade tzatsiki.

I pan fry them to get colour

take out and fry some shallots and garlic

add red wine to deglazed pan,

add red current jelly, reduce down

gorgeous dark, black almost reducation

serve with daphannaise pots and green beans

My favourite meat....barbecue them. You really don't need a lot to dress them up.

When I am in a hurry I spread a paste of garlic, cumin, rosemary, mint, black pepper, salt and olive oil and then pan fry or grill.

Sounds lovely diet queen!!
