Sauce for chicken and rice?

Am having people for dinner on Sat and am making lovely saffron rice with raisins and pine nuts and chicken. The recipe doesnt have any sauce or gravy with it - does anyone have any suggestions?

How about either going for no sauce at all or a saffron cream sauce.
