What temperature do I put this chicken on if I want it to take 2 hours to cook?

It takes 90 mins at 190 degrees C.....and is it safe to go out while it's in the oven?? I am assuming I would need to cover it with foil?

I don't think it works quite like this. It would be safe to leave it in the overn...but I am not sure that you can adjust the time/temp the way you suggest.

I may be wrong though.

i would lower to 170 if you want it to cook for 30mins more

i normally cook chickens at 180* - 20mins per lb and 20mins extra

so an everage 3lb chicken takes 90mins - it wont harm it to be cooked a further 30mins if you cover with foil or turn temp down

i do it all the time

Sorry I haven't replied - little ones have been poorly and I forgot! Thank you very much for that - I now need to judge it with my tempermental oven
