that isn't a cake as i have nothing to line the tins with. Eggs and sugar were in the bowl before i realised.

i was making a birthday cake for dd1, but we had to buy one.

I'll have you know i am quite a good cook, I just don't brag about it incase i have to do it too often.

hmmmm, meringue might work cos then i can put something extremely yummy int the middle like a pavlova.
