Valentines meal ... restrictive diet!

DH is on a very restrictive diet at the moment for health reasons.
Basically he can eat veg/fruit, brown rice, eggs and fish.
He isn't allowed sugar, yeast or any processed food (I have probably forgotten others).
He is eating a lot of kedgeree and fish salads at the moment, but I'd like to cook him something special for Saturday night.
Can anyone help?
TIA

How about stuffed peppers something like this

You could leave the topping off.

You could have some really nice smoked salmon for a starter. Or poached eggs and asparagus (which is supposed to be an aphrodisiac).

How about making some brown rice sushi ?

Thanks for responding! Smoked salmon is a fab idea and something we don't have very often, thank you.
Brown rice sushi he would love - any recipe ideas, as I've never made cooked prepared sushi before please?

Try here. It won't be as perfect as using real sushi rice as it won't be as sticky, but will still taste good.

I like avocado, cucumber, prawn, salmon, tuna, or asparagus in the middle (cooked still tastes great for fish, and smoked salmon tastes fab)

You can def get the mat/seaweed etc in Waitrose, and am pretty sure I've seen it in Sainsburys

I've seen sushi stuff in Asda too, so I think you can get it most big supermarkets.

That's a great idea. Have fun!
