I'm sure I saw a recipe for baby biscuits made from baby rice and apple juice on here. I can't find it now though - can anybody help please?

I saw it here and wrote it down as my MIL kept saying she was going to buy some baby rice to add to DS's milk and I wasn't about to do that...

8fl oz pure apple juice
4oz flour
4oz baby rice

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees f/175 degrees c

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix

Turn mixture onto a lightly floured surface and roll out to 1/2 in thickness approx

Cut into any shape and put in a greased proof baking tin/sheet

Bake for 20-30 mins or until golden

I haven't tried them but do report back if they are nice!

Did you make them?

I did and put them in the freezer.

We started weaning yesterday, and DS is gumming on one as we speak (as it were).

I'm going to make these this afternoon, hopefully something sweet might persuade DS to attempt finger foods instead of flinging everything on the floor
