Wow! spoiled for choice. Perhaps a combination.

Iklboo is that a mustard AND cheese sauce? If so do i just do a cheese sauce with a lob of mustard? English or wholegrain?

I was going to boil then bake the ham with mustard and honey. Never done it before. Any thoughts?

sounds nice. I just boil mine in orange juice and then bake - comes out with a nice and sticky glaze!
In fact I'm going to have to buy a ham now you've made me think how nice it would be!!
