Bolognese, re-heat?

If i was to make bolognese now..can i re-heat it in a couple of hours when i make the pasta..or wil i poision everyone?

Got lots of footie pick-ups this evening ..it would be easier to do this...please say yes

Yes, reheating once is fine. Twice is not OK though.

Oh goodness yes - have you never had secondd ay bolognese? It's so much tastier! In fact, if you want to ensure it's the best ever you need to make it a day in advance

You'll be fine - just reheat it thoroughly

I'm doing exactly the same.
It will be eaten tonight, a bit will be reheated by me tomorrow lunchtime, and prob the day after as well.
The Italians would keep one big pan going for days. (at least, my MIL would)

No have not nork....we never have leftovers in this house so have never needed to re-heat before.....usually i would cook something else but there is nothing left in the cupboards. So bolognese it is..i think-you
