Help me find birthday cake decorations

It's my dd's first birthday next month and my sil is making the cake. I cannot find a nice decoration to go on the top. I want something I can take off and keep afterwards.
Any suggestions?

How about something like Cherished Teddies . Debenhams and other dept stores and jewellers used to stock them.

DS just had a farm party and I put some of his toy animals on top, maybe you could do similar then she can play with them when she is a bit older
