My bottle doesn't give me any indication at all!

It's about 20% salt, 80% anchovy, I think...really quite salty.

Damn. How can I make a really tasty stir fry noodle thingy that we can all eat together?? If no soy or fish sauce or sesame oil for the basis, I'm stumped!

Garlic? And a bit of sweet chili sauce?

moopymoo · 10/02/2009 13:13

well...it is very salty but am thinking a splash or two would be ok in family meal so lo would only get a tiny tiny bit.

Or add yours at the table?

The one I've got is 20% salt, 60% anchovy.

Do you have any oyster sauce you could use instead (3.5% salt)?

ok thanks everyone - I used olive oil, grated root ginger, garlic, lime juice, splash of soy, coriander and a hint of chilli.....
