What to serve with beef wellington?

I'm thinking of making dp beef wellington for valentines as its his favourie - any ideas what to serve with it?

Dauphinoise potatoes (if you are not worried about calories) and minted garlic green beans.

savoy cabbage

green beans or purple sprouting broccolli , kurly kale and gravy ,mash or new pots

we usually leave out the potato tho
