I realise this is really cheeky... but can anyone give me TANA RAMSAY's recipe for slow cooked lamb with apricots, ginger and cinnamon?

I've tasted it and it is gorgeous, and i WILL get the cookbook but i would really like to make it this week and i'm doing my tesco shop right now....
