Any advice gratefully recieved as three and half month wait for hospital feeding clinic may see me sectioned before we get there.

You say he doesn't like food being put in his mouth - have you tried letting him feed himself?

Give him liquidised still (at least he getting some food then) also let him feed himself bits of normal dinner.

I second what vanessa said.

Try baby led weaning!

let him feed himself, offer an array of different foods and textures and let him play and squish and self feed, offer puree too, and lots of milk but make mealtimes fun and try not to get too emotional, which is easier said than done.

maybe offer things like toast fingers to dip into stuff and pasta shapes and rice cakes and avocado , melon and banana chunks, that are solid, but not too hard to chew?
