Need a dairy free recipe for a biscuit that can be rolled out and cut with cookie cutters!

Keoo finding ones but they say roll into sausage or dollop rounds onto tray. treid just swapping butter for dairy free in shrewsbury biscuits but the mix was very gloopy!

Do i just need to add more flour or is there a recipe out there anyone! TIA!

Dairy Free Valentine Hearts
Found it via a Google search, so not one I've tried. It uses Dairy Free Margarine.

With all biscuit dough, once the dough is made chill (at least 30 mins in Freezer) before rolling out. If little one's are doing the rolling out, chill it in several smaller portions so that some can remain in freezer while one is being rolled out.

The Dairy Free Guide lists some Dairy Free Margarines.
For biscuits (and pastry) don't use a Spread. It needs to be more solid.

Do you have Nigella's biscuit recipe? I've done that and just replaced the butter with Vitalite. It doesn't taste quite as nice but it works
