Recipe says Rapeseed oil - can I use veg oil? Or would sunflower be better?

You will fring=d that most veg oil is now raoeseed oil as it is the biggest grown crop. Have a look at the ingredients on the back of your veg oil bottle and it will tell you what veg it is.

I think sunflower oil would be fine. Not sure about veg oil - dunno why though, instinct.
