Help! Does anyone know Delia's slow-roasted pork recipe?

It's cooked in the oven for 12 hours and the meat is so tender that it falls off the bone but I can't find the recipe - does anyone know it? A friend says it's one of Delia's but I haven't had any joy...

Nigella does a 12 hour shoulder of pork. It is absolutely magnificent and you can get the recipe online.
