what can i do with left over lamb?

I've just pot roasted a half leg of lamb (it was cheap and i thought it might be a bit tough if i just roasted it). There's quite a bit of meat left. any ideas what i can do with it.

I don't like shepherd's pie btw

I made a lovely curry with leftover lamb yesterday. Lamb, lentils, spinach, left over roast potatoes, onion, garlic, curry paste, can of tomatoes, chilli

boil up bone and some meat
celery parsley carrots leeks and some soup mix
lovely pot of soup

Mince it / finely chop it and make a Shepherds Pie - IMHO much nicer than Cottage Pie (made with beef).
