hi there

I want to make a paneer cheese and pea curry, does anyone know if I can freeze cheese?

don't think you can freeze cheese by itslef but you could definitely freeze the finished dish

You can, it comes out a bit spongy, but you definitely can.

I have some that I bought frozen in the freezer now, and I've often lobbed a fresh packet in (I defrost it in the microwave before I use it).

I have frozen it and used it later. I am still alive and it tasted ok!

I LOVE paneer and peas (muttar paneer?). I am very lazy and use the Sharwoods Korma in a jar!

I love mattar paneer but have never frozen it. I use a messed around with Nigella recipe. If you can freeze it, I'll cook double next time!

ok thanks I'm going to do it - all this snowy weather has sent me into a cooking frenzy!
