I've never made it before & am a bit unsure of th quantities of the following to use . . .

coconut milk
sugar snap peas
onions

Can some-one give me a hand & tell me how much you'd use for 4 people please

someone help me out please!

I have bought 2 tins of coconut milk, will that be too much?

& will 1 small onion be ok or maybe 2 since it's to feed four of us?

I've decided I'm splitting the huge bag of sugar snap peas I bought so they can be used for something else as well. Does anhyone know if these freeze well?

Thank-you

I think 2 tins of milk would be fine as it is supposed to have a soupy texture rather than a thicker Indian curry. I am making this tonight (all for me!!) with prawns and green curry paste. I don't use onion in mine but probably 2 small and a couple of big handfuls of snow peas. Sounds lovely

ps I add Thai fish sauce (couple of tablespoons) and a good squeeze of lime juice at the end then lots of fresh basil.

I would use a large onion, 2 tins of coconut milk and a bit of stock, enough for six or so sugar snaps each and as many prawns as you have!

thanks, I wasn't sure whether the quantities I suggested would be too much.

Am off to make it in ten mins when the carpet fitter leaves
