Can Corned Beef Hash be frozen?

Can corned beef hash be frozen?

I really fancy it for my tea tonight, but, there is only me that will eat it. I may have to make some fresh crusty bread to go with it if it can.

Anyone?

what are you putting in it, just corned beef and potatoes? if so I can't see why not, although i've never done it- corned beef hash never lasts long enough in our house to make itt o the freezer!

I froze it. DH has eaten it reheated. He didn't complain.

I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole personally.
