My decision making processes are fragile atm - will this recipe work?

Lamb Hot pot - I used to make it - about 10 yrs ago

I'm poorly & I can't think straight

So

Lamb, onion, carrot, parsnip, mushroom
Some flour, gravy browning, Worcestershire sauce & a stock cube
With sliced potato on top

no idea but sounds tasty to me!

Wouldn;t add the mushroom - but then I hate mushrooms but sounds yummy

on 125 for about 6 hours? (haven't got a slow cooker)

Ah well that is what I have done

Well both DH & DD are having seconds - it's a great meal as you can make a pan full with hardly any meat - so it's very cheap

Major Hiccup - I though I had done enough fro 2 meals & I went through & the pot is empty

well it must have been ok then! Think of it that way

I'll give it a go next weekend after a trip to the market since it turned out ok
