lamb chop question

Well, it's not really about the chops themselves. Just wondered if rosemary goes with lamb as I've never had it with anything other than mint sauce.

Or would my roast spuds be better with rosemary?

Lamb and rosemary is a classic combo, rosemary (or rosemary and garlic) roasties would be delicious with lamb chops.

A leg of lamb studded with rosemary and garlic and roasted is a Great Thing.

Oh, and using rosemary doesn't mean you have to miss out on the mint sauce

I may just try that with roast spuds this afternoon & leave the chops as they are maybe
