I've made marmalade for the first time...

And it's delicious! A bit of a faff cutting up all the rind, but it makes the house smell lovely, and it tastes gorgeous.

WHERE did you get the Seville oranges from - no luck anywhere locally in markets, greengrocers (yes, a few left!) or all of supermarkets?

Plenty of Seville Oranges in 1kg packs in my local Waitrose on Friday.

I got a pack of 12 in Sainsbury's, and it's quite a small one, so the bigger stores probably have them too.

Have had 4 slices of toast, butter and marmalade already today.
